Privacy Policy

1click2open LLC (“we”, “us”, the “Studio”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our forms we collect only what you enter:

• Contact form — your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message.
• Waitlist forms — your email address, optionally your name, and which product you are interested in.

Technical details. When a form is submitted, our server also records the approximate country and the browser identifier (user-agent) associated with the submission, plus the time — we use these to prevent spam and gauge interest. Your IP address is processed only transiently by our host for security and rate-limiting and is not stored in the submission record. We do not track your browsing across the site.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• reply to your message;
• add you to a product waitlist and notify you when that product opens;
• understand demand for our products.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We store a single preference in your browser’s local storage — your light/dark theme choice — which never leaves your device. Any aggregate visitor analytics we may use is privacy-preserving and cookieless: no cross-site tracking and no personal profiles.

Who processes your data

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and securely stores form submissions (Cloudflare Pages & KV).
• Resend — delivers the transactional emails (your confirmation and our notification).

Each processes data under its own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you or run the relevant waitlist, and remove them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — just reach us through the contact form. If you joined a waitlist and want off it, tell us and we will remove you.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
